Ematerial : two ply yarn (double threaded thread) no.30, 100% cotton
The T-1 T-shirts are not just any old T-shirt.
You don't want a T-shirt that's going to wear out the minute get it, you want a shirt that's going to last.
We wanted a shirt that wasn't going to lose it's shape the minute you wash it, so we put our minds to it for the 2005 1st T-1 World Cup.
And now we're using the same body for this year's 2nd t-1 World Cup too.
It's the body that has been used for the HoboNichi T-shirts, and been hugely favorable with our readers - the tough but smooth body we've nicknamed the 'Sanuki Udon' material.
To explain that a bit more, it's a 100% body woven with two ply (that's two threads of cotton twisted together) no. 30 yarn. The two-ply yarn means the weave is tight so the shirt is not see-through, and the surface of the cotton is smooth, but tough.
It's the material HoboNichi has most confidence in, and we believe you'll be able to wear your shirt for many years.

The 2nd T-1 World Cup T-shirts come in 4 sizes, like last year, XS, S, M and L.
And the body dye uses the same 'after-dye' technique as last year too.
This means the material is cut and the shirts are stitched before the dyeing takes place.
Using this technique means that the Sanuki Udon material takes on a casual, T-shirt like look and feel.
However, because each t-shirt is dyed, then washed, then printed, then washed again, dyeing and washing several times, the t-shirt will shrink just a little.
Due to the dyeing process, as you will see from the above chart that there is a little bit of play within the sizes - for example the length of the S size varies from 64-66 cms. Please take that into consideration when choosing your size.
Anyone who has a 2004 'Ga T' shirt, or a t-shirt from last year's T-1 can use that shirt as a guide!

T-1 WORLD CUP t-shirts may can be machine washed at home.
To maintain the quality of the t-shirts, we recommend to wash them inside out, using the hand-wash (soft/wool wash) menu of your washing machine. We also recommend using mild detergent which doesn't contain fluorescent bleach.
EThe colors of deep colored items may run upon washing.
Please wash them separately, and avoid washing with other clothes.
The colors may bleed to other clothes when left in water or left wet for a long time. When the t-shirt is finished washing, please take it out of the washing machine immediately for drying.
When washed for a few times, the colors tend to bleed less. We recommend washing the t-shirt 2-3 times before wearing if it concerns you.
EThe t-shirts may shrink an unpredictable deal when tumble dried. Please refrain from using drying machines.
When hung outside to dry, the colors may change due to ultraviolet ray in sunlight.
To maintain the colors, we recommend drying in shade when the sun is strong.
EWhen worn in rain, the colors may bleed to your underclothing and/or other clothing.
EWhen exposed to sunlight or other lights for a long period of time, the colors may fade or change due to change in the dye used.
Please refer the care instructions and enjoy wearing our T-1 WORLD CUP t-shirts for a long time!
